Got an idea, an experiment, or a "what if we…"? Drop it here and file it under a pillar so it ladders up into the vision instead of floating loose. Link a prototype if you have one. Half-baked is the point — write enough that the next person knows what you mean.

How to submit an idea

Three ways to get your idea on the board:

  1. Just ask Claude (easiest) If you have Claude Code open in this repo, describe your idea and ask it to add it. Claude will write the entry into ideas.json — picking a pillar — and open a Pull Request for you. No form needed.
  2. Edit ideas.json yourself Click + Add Idea, copy the JSON snippet, open ideas.json on GitHub, paste it inside the "ideas" array, and GitHub will walk you through creating a Pull Request.
  3. Send it to Favour on Teams Click + Add Idea, copy the snippet, open the Teams chat, and paste it. Favour will add it to GitHub.
